Topps Now Collector Hub (the "Service") is an independently-operated information-lookup and collection-management platform for Topps Now baseball cards. The Service is not affiliated with Topps Company, Inc. or its subsidiaries. Card images, descriptions, and print-run data are sourced from publicly-accessible Topps product pages; all intellectual property remains with the respective rights holders.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and agree to these Terms.

The Service uses third-party sign-in (Google, LINE). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your identity-provider account. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us promptly and take remedial action with the identity provider.

When using the Service you agree not to:

• Scrape, bot, or otherwise bulk-extract data from the Service
• Upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or malicious content
• Attempt to intrude, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or other users
• Impersonate others or use the Service in a misleading manner
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without consent

Cards you mark as "owned" or "wanted" are your personal collection record. The Service does not publicly expose your collection. Any future sharing feature will be announced with a clear opt-in.

Source code and UI design are owned or licensed by the developer. Card images and the Topps Now brand belong to Topps Company, Inc. or other rights holders; the Service displays or links to them for informational fair-use purposes.

If you are a rights holder and believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact shenglun.wei@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and remove content where appropriate.

The Service is provided "AS IS". We apply reasonable effort to maintain data accuracy but do not warrant:

• Card data, print runs, or release dates are fully accurate or up to date
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Availability and content of third-party links (including Topps)

You are responsible for assessing the data; the Service is provided for collection reference only and does not constitute investment, trading, or legal advice.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or decisions based on inaccurate data.

We may add, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time. Material changes will be announced on the site. We may suspend or terminate your account and delete associated data if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive first-instance jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court.

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
