Nelson Cruz became the 20th player in MLB history to reach 400 home runs. The 15-year veteran reached the milestone on 06-05-19 at home vs. Texas, connecting off starter Lance Lynn in the 1st inning. The 400th HR came on a 1-0 pitch with one out and none on. Cruz, 38, entered the game with 399 career homers and has now joined Hank Aaron, Willie Mays, Albert Pujols and Alex Rodriguez as the only players with 400+ HR and 1,600+ RBI. The slugger has now homered in each of the last 20 seasons, extending his own MLB record.
