Yordan Alvarez and Keston Hiura have been named the American League and National League Rookies of the Month. It's the second straight month that Alvarez has won the award, also doing so in June. Alvarez hit .333 in July with a .627 slugging percentage, knocking five homers and totaling 15 RBIs. Hiura led all NL rookies with at least 50 PAs with a .355 batting average, .429 OBP and .699 slugging percentage.
