Ian Anderson entered his MLB debut with a tough matchup against Gerrit Cole, one of the best starting pitchers in the Game. The young right-hander did not shy from the spotlight. Anderson kept the Yankees hitless through five innings until a Luke Voit home run ended the no-hit bid. The 22-year-old completed six stellar, one-hit innings, keeping a dangerous Yankees lineup off balance all game. "It was pretty impressive," Braves manager Brian Snitker said. "He slowed [the game] down well."
