Bill Belichick was a 24-year-old assistant coach with the Montreal Expos in 1975 when he first met a 19-year-old phenom named Andre Dawson. Belichick was immediately impressed by Dawson's talent and work ethic. Little did he know that Dawson would go on to become one of the greatest players in Expos history.
