A fresh face to the Astros roster, but not the city of Houston, designated hitter Corey Julks made his presence felt in his Major League debut. The rookie from the University of Houston landed his first hit in the bottom of the second inning. His base hit set up a potential scoring opportunity for the team early, but more importantly, provided him a memory he will surely never forget.
