Jose Canseco hit his 400th home run with style when he sent a pitch from Toronto Blue Jays hurler Kelvim Escobar over the left-field wall in the third inning. The long ball made Canseco just the 28th player to achieve this astonishing feat. The blast also marked the first time a player born outside of the United States would reach 400 home runs.
