Before Saturday afternoon's contest between the San Francisco Giants and the St. Louis Cardinals, there was a special retirement ceremony to honor Buster Posey. A 12-year veteran, Posey won three World Series titles with the Club, while personally earning an NL Rookie of the Year Award, NL Most Valuable Player Award, a batting title and seven MLB All-Star selections. A number of former players and coaches spoke before Posey himself took to the podium to thank the Giants fans for their support over the years.
