In his 2021 season debut against the San Francisco Giants, Will Craig launched his first career MLB hit with a 395-foot home run. The 26-year-old from Johnson City, Tennessee, had been scorching hot in Triple-A and was called up to replace Phillip Evans, who was placed on the 10-day injured list. With this homer, Craig also recorded his first RBI but, despite his efforts, the Pittsburgh Pirates fell short in a 3-1 loss.
