Shohei Ohtani became the first Japanese-born player in MLB history to hit for the cycle when he went 4-for-4 with three runs batted in during a 5-3 win over the Tampa Bay Rays. Ohtani crushed a three-run home run in the first inning, before doubling in the third inning. Ohtani picked up his triple in the fifth inning and capped it off with a single in the seventh.
